Sunflower & Apple Smoothie
Try it with a banana instead of cantaloupe for a creamier, sweeter smoothie!

Ingredients
1 cup cantaloupe (cubed)
1 handful sunflower shoots
1 apple, chopped
1 cup baby spinach (or regular spinach)
1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender, with some cold water until desired consistency is reached and enjoy!
