Microgreens are exactly what they sound like: A micro version of the vegetables you already know and love, in their most natural, most nutritional state! Imagine all of the nutrients in a head of Broccoli, compressed down into a small serving of greens. The same goes for our Peas, Radishes and every other variety we offer. They are super rich in important antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. They have anywhere from 4 to 40 times as many vitamins and nutrients as mature or full-grown vegetables, and they contain many elements that are known to help prevent multiple conditions and diseases.
Easy To Use
Easily add a handful to almost any food you’re already eating. Toss them on top of your toast or add them into your eggs, top off a burger or soup with a handful, use as a pizza topping, add them to your pasta or stir-frys- your options are endless, with just one extra ingredient!
HOME DELIVERY
At Sow & Harvest, we know eating healthy can sometimes get expensive, which is why we offer free delivery. All you’ll need to do is place a cooler or thermal tote on your porch the night before your scheduled delivery day, and by the next evening, we will make sure to have delivered your fresh cut Microgreens along with a brand new ice pack to keep them cool. We harvest your Microgreens within 24 hours from when you receive them.

Disclaimer: Our Microgreens are harvested as raw produce, not ready to eat salad greens. We cut and put them directly into their containers, and they are delivered to you within 24 hours of harvest. We do not and cannot wash them prior to packaging, so it’s your responsibility to wash them before use. We are stringent about using sanitary practices and follow hygiene guidelines around our farm.
