Healthy ramen bowl
3/4 cup vegetable broth
3/4 cup water
1/2-1 tsp turmeric
black pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
Cooked gluten-free brown rice ramen noodles (by
Lotus Foods) or other Ramen Noodles
Handful of Microgreens
Bring vegetable broth and water to a boil in a medium pot.
Season with turmeric, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Added cooked ramen noodles, avocado, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, microgreens, and sesame seasoning.
