Information you provide
When you join and order from Sow & Harvest. When you become a member and order from Sow & Harvest, you must provide your first and last name, valid email address, a phone number, shipping address, billing address, and your credit card information. We use this information to fulfill our orders, to know whom we are growing our products for, where to deliver our products and to contact you and communicate with you about your order. Your credit card information is collected by Square, our payment gateway, and it is completely secure and encrypted. We will never see or store your credit card information, besides the last 4 digits on Squareup.com. We do not disclose any of this information with anyone outside of Sow + Harvest Farms, it is only used for order purposes.
When you sign up for our mailing list. When you opt into our mailing list, we collect your email address and only use it to send you our newsletters and updates. You will receive an email upon joining the mailing list, and our scheduled emails afterward. We will never share your email with any other person or mailing site.
How you can control the information you provide
Edit / Cancel Order Forms. In our main navigation, you will see an option to edit or cancel your order. You can fill out the form that pertains to what information you would like to change. Choose the “Edit” form for editing or changing what your order contains, shipping address, email address, phone number. Choose the “Cancel” form for canceling your order.
Unsubscribe from mailing lists. To unsubscribe from our mailing list, you can go to an email we have sent you, and at the bottom of the email you will see a button that says “unsubscribe”. You can click the button and you should be taken to mailchimp.com’s unsubscribe page.
Contact us. If steps one and two do not apply to you or aren’t working how they should, you can use the “Contact Us” button in our main navigation to contact us for a change in or removal of any information you have provided.
